The brand new Jersey Supreme Court is made up of seven justices. While it was at first founded in 1776 during the American Revolution, it did not take a clear form until the New Jersey Constitution of 1844. In contrast to several other state supreme courts, it does not hold unique jurisdiction over any legal matters. The Court may well review an ap
